Delivery
Almost as amazing as the Goodies themselves is that our Hotel Welcome Bags Include Local Hand Delivery in Nassau County, Long Island. Many of our clients say this is the best part as deliveries take place just days before the event. There is a $25 surcharge for all deliveries outside of Nassau County, Long Island.
Placing Your Order
Orders must be placed no later than 3-4 weeks prior to your event to ensure the best possible quality and service from us. Select the package you like by clicking Order Now. We will then need to get some important information from you. Sara will personally contact you within 24 hours to confirm all the details of your order. We understand the challenge of not knowing upfront exactly how many Out of Town guests will be attending your event. This is why we Accept Deposits as much as 1 Year in advance. Your deposit now will hold our current prices for later.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. YOU DO NOT need a Pay Pal account to purchase from Sara's Gracious Goodies.
Packaging
We source many different packaging options and will work around your personal style! Each Welcome Package can be presented in a gift wrapped box with your choice of ribbon tied with a simple flower. More options include Nylon Tote Bags from Baggu, Your City Map Totes as well as decorative shopping bags.
Custom Packages
We are often asked to do custom work and are more than happy to do so! Give us a call and we will work with you to create any Hotel Welcome Bag, Corporate Package, or party favor using our wide assortment of Goodie Expertise!
